EPSCO, Inc. and Wise Staffing Services, Inc. are Mississippi Corporations privately owned by Patricia Pannell and Milton Clegg. Combined they have over fifty years in Human Resources. EPSCO, Inc. was formed in 1987, a full service Human Resource Company specializing in temporary and career staffing. To further meet the demands of clients in other areas, they founded Wise Staffing Services, Inc. in 1995. Over the past 10 years, Wise Staffing Services, Inc. and EPSCO, Inc. has grown into one of the largest Staffing services in the Southeast with offices in 22 cities within 10 states. 

Wise Staffing/EPSCO, Inc. officers and employees are members of such organizations as the Affiliated Staffing Group (ASG), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Workplace Environmental and Safety Association (WESA), as well as other state and local organizations.
