Equilibrium Real Estate Investments is a minority-owned emerging and forward-thinking investment management firm motivated to create growth opportunities for both investors and communities. We focus on multifamily value-add investments and development opportunities and have grown from a single property in 2000 to a current portfolio of over 1100 units. We are hands-on investors and operators with our own property management. 2000 It all started with the purchase of our first residential (10 unit) property 2002 We started taking on smaller individual renovation projects 2004 We purchased our first large (108 unit) multifamily building 2009 We continued purchasing properties (large and small) and created our first fund 2012 We created our second fund followed by the purchase of larger multifamily renovation projects 2014 We reached $50 million in assets and 1,100+ in total number of units (and made a commitment to self manage all of our properties surpassing the 30+ employee mark) 2017 We successfully built a structured internal management team
