ER Squared is a Life Sciences Consulting that enables clients to break away from the legacy of historical clinical research processes to realize the value of new technologies.  We emphasize change management with a focus on the most critical element of all: the human element. 

The founder of ER Squared became involved in the implementation of new technologies to improve the clinical trial process starting back in 1985.  Over the years, there have been numerous examples of new technologies being adopted very slowly - case in point being electronic data entry (EDC).  Our founder was personally involved in the successful use of this technology at 2 different pharma companies; including having an instrumental role in the industry's first adoption of EDC for 100% of company trials a decade before the competition!  Why didn't others see the value of this technology until so much later?  This question has led to the mission of ER Squared: to enable our clients to break away from this legacy of slow technology adoption to realize the value of new solutions in a timely manner.

It is with this mission in mind that ER Squared provides consulting services to the Bio/Pharma industry.  So while we provide the typical services from business process evaluation,  identification, selection, through system implementation; our emphasis is on the human aspects of change management. Because if your staff doesn't recognize how the changes will affect them, they will resist the change and severely damage your prospects for success.  

Our pharma experience spans support for labs (automation and ELN) , biobanking, and clinical trials.  Our clinical trial expertise includes structured study design, clinical trial management, electronic data capture (EDC),  data management,  sample management, data warehousing, data visualization, and clinical programming.
