Leadership lift Leverage recent principal and director promotions to offer leadership-focused engagements, such as program governance, risk management, and owner’s representative services to accelerate project success and drive repeat business.

Technology enablement Introduce digital collaboration and data services aligned with their tech stack (AWS, GIS, WordPress) to modernize workflows, improve BIM/GIS integration, and optimize survey, planning, and civil design deliverables for public and private sector clients.

Financial target Position services that align with mid-market annual revenue scale (roughly $10M–$25M) to support portfolio growth, risk-adjusted pricing models, and throughput improvements for multi-year civil engineering programs.

Strategic expansion Prospect potential alliances for joint ventures or subcontracting with larger nationally ranked firms (e.g., Stantec, AECOM, WSP) to access larger project openings, while offering regional proximity and specialized Puget Sound expertise.
