Exaclair, Inc. is a subsidiary of the Exacompta Clairefontaine Group, headquartered in Etival-Clairefontaine, France, and is the exclusive importer and distributor of their products in the U.S. The Group owns many European brands, and Exaclair represents Blockx, Brause, Cernit, Clairefontaine, Decopatch, Exacompta, G. Lalo, Jacques Herbin, Quo Vadis, Rhodia, and Stillman & Birn.
