Founded in 1999 as E-xact Transactions LTD, the company started as a payment gateway provider. Phil’s experience includes 20+ years in the payments and financial services sectors for industry leaders, including Fiserv/First Data, FIS, Silicon Valley Bank, and i2 Technologies.
