Located in the heart of Denver's vibrant River North (RiNo) Art District, the EXDO Group oversees commercial real estate development, investment and management in addition to large-scale events.Founded over 40 years ago with the creation of the legendary Tracks Nightclub in downtown Denver, the EXDO Group has since grown to encompass a commercial property development and investment business in addition to continually owning and operating venues that produce large-scale live events.

EXDO Development is the EXDO Group's property development division, focusing on joint venture vertical development, adaptive reuse of historic property and the facilitation of large-scale property development opportunities in and near Denver's RiNo Art District; including the HUB (completed 2018), the CatBird Hotel (under construction and opening in June 2021), the tentatively titled DOMA anchor retail project (in development) and the historic Livestock Exchange Building at the National Western Center (under renovation).

EXDO Properties is the EXDO Group's property investment division and oversees the management of multiple commercial properties throughout the Denver metro area in sectors including industrial, office, multi-family, retail, commercial parking and land assemblage.

EXDO Hospitality is the EXDO Group's hospitality and event management division and specializes in live event production and event technology at its venues including the EXDO Event Center and Tracks Nightclub, which celebrated its 40th birthday in 2020. EXDO Hospitality also oversees the Denver Commissary, home to many of Denver's best known food trucks and small caterers.
