ABOUT US We are a collection of lawyers, financial planners, real estate brokers, researchers, writers, a process analytics expert, a psychotherapist and a web design guru who collectively thought it was time to create a better way to manage the incredibly complex and overwhelming role of being an executor. We’ve spent countless hours simplifying this sprawling process so that you can better understand it and navigate it more smoothly. We don’t offer legal advice. We don’t offer tax advice. We will, however, guide you through this 150+ step journey – saving you time, saving you money, and connecting you with resources who can assist you along the way. In doing so, we also hope to minimize the stress you might be feeling as you navigate this unfamiliar road. We also hope to help you minimize the legal risk you have incurred in accepting this role by connecting you with the right professionals at the right time. You will also notice that we will never ask for financial account numbers or social security numbers to be entered as data into our tool. We believe that this is an important safeguard for you, the consumer. An executor can locate the account of a will writer if he or she knows the name of the financial institution where it is being held and has the proper paperwork.
