Expert Engineering Sciences, Inc. is a multidisciplinary engineering and surveying firm located in San Bernardino, California. We were founded in 2013 by experienced professionals in civil engineering, land surveying, and accident reconstruction that have been working individually and as a team for many years.  The principal members of the firm are experienced design consultants and expert witnesses for projects throughout the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.

EES is made up of former directors, employees, and professionals of Krupeer Engineering and Associates, Inc.  Like the phoenix, we are determined to rise from the ashes of our former company and continue the tradition of service and quality that made KE&A over 4000 clients strong.

Our experience includes transportation engineering, roadway design, traffic engineering for circulation studies and traffic signals, water distribution and utility design, land planning, land surveying for parcel and tract maps, construction surveying, and construction support. Our professionals have provided expert witness consultation to a wide range of clients in all types of legal actions involving questions of civil, traffic, and transportation engineering. 

Our engineers and surveyors have provided engineering and land surveying services for projects from small single-family homes to industrial developments covering over 200 acres. Our experts have testified in a variety of legal disputes, from minor property encroachments to major wrongful death lawsuits with millions of dollars at stake. EES is staffed by professionals who understand the industry from the unique perspective of design and construction experts, as well as specialists in the identification and analysis of civil engineering and traffic safety issues. Our clients routinely rely upon our expertise to help them diminish the potential for future accidents and ultimately provide safer facilities for the users of today's modern infrastructure.
