In 2012 Farr West Engineering acquired Chilton Engineering & Surveying in Elko, Nevada. Farr West also owns Sierra Controls, LLC, a Nevada based company with over 40 years of experience serving utility clients throughout the State. Together, we are one of the largest and most experienced groups of professionals serving municipalities in the area. Today, Farr West employs 70 professionals that work together as a team to seamlessly service clients throughout Nevada and northern California in civil and environmental engineering, surveying, water rights, and construction management.
