Farragut Capital Partners is a privately-held investment management firm providing private capital (usually senior sub debt and/or preferred equity) to finance outstanding lower-middle market companies and management teams. Investments are typically in support of growth capital financings, generational transfers, leveraged recaps to provide for owner liquidity, management buy-outs and leveraged buy-outs. At Farragut, we seek to invest in established small & middle market companies with proven business models and stable cash flows. We target companies with strong, committed management teams and the potential for significant growth in equity value over time.

We specialize in asset-light businesses with unique & defensible market positions, stable business models, and reasonable capex and working capital needs. Favored market segments include niche manufacturing, business services (industrial, gov't services, healthcare, energy, & tech), distribution, and media. We work with owners (families, equity sponsors, fundless sponsors), senior lenders, and directly with management teams to create and build value in our portfolio companies over time.
