Fastrack Builders, Inc. is a General Contractor.  Established on the ideal of excellence. Fastrack specialty is new construction, retail and commercial construction,  interior build-out and renovations.   
Our goal is complete customer satisfaction.   We are a growing company, yet we have not lost touch with our customers’ needs.
 Our company represents the achievements of a lifetime goal.  Rich Bracone, President of Fastrack Builders, began his career welding deep-water oil lines.  From there he started his own construction business in New York State.  In 1985 he joined a National building firm as a Field Superintendent.  With this firm, he completed numerous commercial stores with varied types of construction.  These projects were completed nationwide from Florida to California and Alaska to Hawaii.  In 1998 he accomplished his goal of starting his own corporation and Fastrack builders was born.
 Our initial job involved multi-million dollar renovations at several locations for a major hotel chain.  This was followed by contracts to build numerous stores for a national clothing chain.  The work was completed in shopping malls in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, North Carolina and Virginia.
The scope of our expertise includes all facets of commercial construction disciplines.
