Fernandez Consulting Services, Inc. provides attorney Recruiting and Career Coaching services throughout Florida and beyond. 

This is a one man labor of love with focus on the legal industry.  I work with law firms, corporate legal departments and individual candidates to find win/win employment and career solutions. I am the only principal of a legal career coaching and recruiting firm to have served as Office Managing Shareholder, Hiring Partner, Hiring Committee Chair and Chief Recruiting Officer at two of Florida's largest law firms and Regional Managing Director of a publicly traded Legal Executive Search Firm. This, plus 21 years of law practice experience, is what I bring to the table to help you achieve your goals.

Career Coaching services include resume and cover letter reviews/edits, job search strategies, job interview preparation and follow up, informational interviews, mock interviews, Social Media including LinkedIn and Twitter, business planning and generally whatever "comes up" during the next coaching session.
