Fernco, Inc. is a mid-sized manufacturer based in Davison, Michigan, that produces flexible plumbing solutions for both commercial and consumer markets. Its origins trace to the 1950s, when founder William Zopfi developed a leak-proof tar donut seal, which led to the formation of Fernco Joint Sealer Company and, later, Fernco, Inc.
