While Fidelis commenced operations with 1 million square feet of retail properties in the greater Houston area, we're now at approximately 24 million square feet in five industries across fourteen states. Fidelis is now a group of companies with one culture, one purpose, one mission, and one value system. It is a natural evolution to our business model and mutually beneficial to all property types. This dynamic combination will produce mutual benefits for our tenants, residents, customers, patients, industries, and communities. We serve over 90 properties in Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Tennessee, South Dakota, Illinois, Missouri, Indiana, Nebraska, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Ohio, Arizona, and Colorado. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Fidelis also has operating offices in Dallas and Conroe, Texas; Santa Fe, New Mexico; Kansas City, Missouri; and Rapid City, South Dakota, to better serve the properties in those regions.
