Fidem Business Solutions is a boutique consulting firm whose mission is to help restore the work/life balance for owners of small businesses.  By leveraging our unique background of corporate and entrepreneurial experience, we provide the essential tools, training & solutions needed to assist business owners in addressing the myriad of financial & operational aspects of running their company.  This allows entrepreneurs to spend the majority of their precious time focusing, worry free, on the most important segment of their business: Generating Revenue.

As the venture grows, these aspects require more and more attention and the owner is torn between balancing revenue generation and the need to ensure the company is fiscally sound, operationally efficient and legally compliant.  16-18-hour days, with the owner "selling" during normal business hours and then working late into the night on "the books",  soon become the rule not the exception.
