FieldPros was founded in 2004 by John Meyer, a former teacher and sales rep for an education technology company. Half of our employees are former K-12 educators and EdTech sales reps. We know the industry and the unlimited impact innovative education companies make on teaching and learning.

FieldPros has a national client base of EdTech companies that serve K-12, Higher Education and Workforce Development/Corporate Learning.

At FieldPros, our mission is to help our clients improve teaching and learning. We dedicate ourselves to knowing our clients almost as well as an employee would. We represent companies we believe in and make connections that help our candidates and clients reach their common goals. 

We carefully select clients that make a direct impact on teachers’ and students’ lives. Clients work with us because we understand their challenges and can persuade candidates to interview with our clients – even if they were not previously considering new opportunities.
