FieldStone Homes is a construction and real estate company with a dual strategy of both homebuilding operations and land sale operations (the acquisition of raw land for entitlement, development and sale). The Company has been in existence since 1981. 

Since its founding, FieldStone has constructed and sold more than 35,000 attached and detached homes in hundreds of communities in Southern California, Texas, and Utah for a total sales volume of well over $6.2 billion. In 2013, the Company made the decision to focus its operations in the greater Salt Lake City area.
