It focuses on clinical data extraction and reporting to support healthcare quality programs, enabling the calculation of electronic clinical quality measures across multiple EHRs for accountable care organizations. By connecting data from diverse EHR and practice management systems, FIGmd helps clients collect, harmonize, and report quality metrics needed for regulatory programs. The firm was acquired by MRO, and the parent notes that as of March 1, 2023 the FIGmd account will be deactivated, with updates to be provided by MRO. A concrete recent development was the September 2022 launch of PerformancePathway for ACOs, a combined technology and service offering for eCQMs and MIPS CQMs across various EHRs.
