Since 2006, FIKA has been spreading Swedish coffee culture to New York.  FIKA’s cafes serve quality slow-roasted Swedish style coffee, handcrafted pastries and awarding-winning chocolates to New Yorkers. The company has expanded to 17 locations from the Financial District to the Upper West Side, including a Tribeca chocolate factory, a Midtown bakery and a successful online and wholesale business in less than a decade. Everything on the menu is made in-house by a skilled culinary team and working with local suppliers and vendors whenever possible. Prioritizing on having local production has allowed for FIKA to be MADE IN NYC certified and having USA made packaging. FIKA’s wholesale and private label accounts include Whole Foods, Dean & Deluca, Union Market, Omni Hotels, Petrossian, Parker Meridien to name a few.
