This includes Gullivers Travel Associates, London’s largest privately owned tour operators. As a family based business, the Faith group has aggressively steered their ship from England to become an active and prominent real estate firm in both the commercial and residential local markets. The aim to acquire and renovate projects has transformed the communities of Wynwood, Aventura, North Miami Beach, Hallandale, and Surfside. The groups experience with earned them the prestigious Queen’s Awards in England, showing the driving force behind their business sense and community development which has already translated into several local awards. At the cornerstone of the business is customer service and being able to offer a variety of real estate services. In addition to the FIP Realty Services brokerage, they also operate a separate real estate management company, real estate investment group, and construction and development firm. This large wingspan of real estate businesses aligns with their goal of being able to best serve investors, clients, tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers.
