We believe that “small/medium business” does not necessarily mean it has small needs or should get small service.    Shortcut solutions and “band-aid” fixes cost your business in lost time and money, and we understand that – we’re a small business, too.

We use conventional, documented methods for building and maintaining networks on engineered hardware and cost effective solutions – many of them the same solutions the Fortune 500 use, but scaled down to fit your needs.   We believe that every network regardless of size and complexity should be approached from a business point of view, include current and relevant documentation and have consistent planning/budgeting to meet needs now and for the next few years.  We believe in prevention as opposed to reaction to those undesirable surprises with your network. In business, you want planned events and we work to achieve that goal.   Your documentation, passwords, licensing and software all belong to you and you should have access to it all at any time.  Your network should not be some mysterious box in the closet, your software something someone "found on the internet"​ and your network tech some unnamed face that makes random changes and then disappears.

Your network will have a conventionally trained network technician or engineer.  This person does your day-to-day maintenance, implements any projects and manages your account.   We assign two people to each account so that you have “backup” in the event your team lead is unavailable in an appropriate amount of time.   The relationship is primarily between you and the person that is your trusted technical advisor.
