Fleming & Associates, P.A. has provided structural engineering and building enclosure design services throughout the southeast since 1987. Our resume includes all types of local, state, and federal building structures, industrial facilities, special structures, and residential. Our goal is to offer quality design services at competitive rates for the purpose of providing safe, economical, durable and attractive facilities. Two Registered Building Envelope Consultants manage our firm's Building Enclosures division. Our building envelope consultants have expertise in roofing design, exterior wall design, and below grade waterproofing. We serve as the prime consultant on local and state construction projects. As the prime consultant, we complete drawings and specifications, advertise and conduct bid openings, and perform construction administration and site observation for our roofing projects.
