On a regular basis we provide claims handling, litigation defense, coverage opinions, regulatory advice, and contract interpretation. The firm is frequently retained to act as special counsel on DBA issues in mass tort and contract suits filed throughout the U.S. and overseas. In further support of our representation of DBA clients, our firm provides a dedicated department of paralegals and staff, as overseen by attorneys, to handle, process and file for reimbursements and assumptions of the DBA obligations of employers and carriers under the War Hazards Compensation Act.
