Flow Contract Site Laboratory, LLC is a specialized contract research organization (CRO) that offers non-GLP and GLP flow cytometry services for research, nonclinical and clinical drug development.  Some of our capabilities include up to 8-color antibody panels for immunophenotyping, receptor occupancy, intracellular cytokine and phospho-protein detection, cell cycle arrest and progression, antigen stability and cellular functional assays.  We can also perform bead-based assays for excreted cytokine detection and HLA antibodies. We are proficient in processing a multitude of specimen types including whole blood, tissue, frozen PBMCs and tumors for pre-clinical model systems and human clinical trials.
