Flow is North America’s first social water brand - created with a simple mission: bring people a better water experience while treading lighter on the planet. We bottle naturally alkaline spring water sourced locally and sustainably, delivering essential minerals and electrolytes in every sip.

We didn’t want to be another treated or re-filtered tap water in plastic. We wanted something real. So we set out to build a brand rooted in nature, wellness, and responsibility. When we couldn’t find it, we made it.

Our water begins its journey in a limestone aquifer on a family-owned property in Mildmay, Ontario. Over thousands of years, it naturally absorbs minerals and electrolytes that give Flow its smooth, refreshing taste and naturally alkaline pH.

To protect both the water and the planet, we partnered with Tetra Pak to create low–carbon footprint packaging that’s PET and BPA-free. More than two-thirds of every carton is made from responsibly sourced paperboard, never from old-growth forests or rainforests. The structure is designed to use only the material necessary for stability, making our cartons remarkably lightweight: roughly 95–97% water, and just 3-5% package.

Together with Tetra Pak, we’re working toward fully renewable packaging - because great water should come with good intentions.
