Fluent Systems, Inc. is founded and driven by practicing physicians who are focused on increasing the joy of practicing the art of medicine.  The ‘Art of Medicine’ when done well results in both the physician and the patient leaving satisfied with their interactions.  We are passionate about creating an elegant and efficient medical experience which extends to the technology required to complete our jobs.  Our work is designed to both protect and maximize the precious resources of time, presence, and emotional energy.   Without these three things, the ‘Art of Medicine' cannot flourish, and we are all left with ‘less’ at the very moment in time that we needed ‘more’.  

Our software is built with the intention of creating efficiency during documentation.   In this way, we reduce the amount of intelligence spent on keystrokes and  maximize the amount spent on humanity.  We believe in the power of the ‘flow state’, creating ‘light bulb’ moments, and promoting the early and rapid success of our users.  We will celebrate our victories along the way, while building a courageous and resilient team of the highest quality.  We will leave the world of medicine better than when we found it.

Our first product, Swiftwire is an EMR automation software that is single handedly starting to solve the greatest problem of modern medicine.  Decreased productivity of doctors and nurses due to new software and governmental mandates.  SwiftWire now allows doctors and nurses to automate mundane tasks in medical data entry and return their attention to the most important part of medicine, the care of patients.  The result is more productive physicians and nurses providing better and more efficient care.  With SwiftWire, doctors are increasing their productivity by as much as 10% per week resulting in a rapid return to pre-EMR productivity levels.
