Fort Ticonderoga operates as an independent nonprofit educational organization, museum, and cultural destination in Ticonderoga, New York. It preserves North America’s largest 18th-century artillery collection, 2000 acres of historic landscape on Lake Champlain, Carillon Battlefield, and the largest surviving series of Revolutionary 18th-century earthworks.
