We noticed 2 major gaps in the current entrepreneurship system:

1. When launching a new business, all of the resources skipped the early steps and gave advice for those already well into their business journey. 
But what are those first steps needed to get a business idea off the ground and was there anyone to support those early entrepreneurs?

2. The traditional structure for startups was made to benefit a specific group and others were shunned from those same opportunities.

The tools, resources, and support needed to navigate the challenges of being a founder aren’t equally available to all, and we’re stepping in to change that. 

The Female Founder School was brought to life by a collective passion to make entrepreneurship and the resources needed to launch a successful business more accessible to everyone and help female-identifying/non-binary founders navigate the complexities of starting a business.
