Four Seasons Coaching is dedicated to assisting anyone in living a positive and purposeful life. Each of us has dreams, wants, and desires. You may wonder why they never come true or why others always seem to get in the way of our success. I am here to tell you that we need to stop looking outwards and focus internally on how we are the only ones that can determine our success or failures. The ability to understand your direction, wants, dreams and desires is instrumental in making your life rewarding and complete. The following pages are designed to assist you at starting your journey. Much of that which is listed comes from insight from other Life Coaches, the International Coaching Federation, and experience. There are two underlining characteristics that everyone must have in order to change their world and become balanced; focus and a positive attitude. Focus is our internal determination and motivation for change. A positive attitude allows us to be open and see the potential of every situation, rather than dwell in fear. In order to gain focus in your life you must start by understanding your current life balance, your values, your motivations, your barriers and determine what the outcome of your life will be.
