We believe that every worker deserves to have a seat at the table on issues like wages, benefits, workplace conditions, and ethics - and the right to representation in order to bargain collectively to achieve better outcomes. We work exclusively with unions, worker centers, and labor organizations fighting to build worker power - we will never take a dollar from a corporation. Ever. We take our mission seriously — so much so that we became a Certified B Corporation™ in 2020. This means we have a commitment in our company charter to build a more inclusive and sustainable economy for *all* stakeholders, including employees, customers, society, and the environment.
