Our services offered consist of engineering studies and engineering design services. Engineering Studies - Studies are performed to evaluate and report on systems and equipment. The purpose of a study is to evaluate an existing situation or explore the implications of a new proposal. A study may be used to seek new solutions to a problem or evaluate solutions which have already been proposed. Engineering Design Services - The services offered encompass the total design process for mechanical and electrical systems. The design and construction administration of a project may be performed as one continuous process from conception to completion or separated into distinct steps as Schematic Design Phase, Design Development Phase, Construction Document Phase and Construction Administration Phase. We provide design services for both of these approaches to a project and tailor our services to accommodate the specific requirements of fast track projects, negotiated projects, and competitive bid projects.
