FV & FMV Valuation leverages technical expertise and industry knowledge to deliver objective and independent assessments of value.   Many of our clients have had relationships with us for over 15 years through the good times and the uncertain times. Our valuation analysis are prepared under the assumption that there will be scrutiny; accordingly, the utmost care is taken to maintain and document the data supporting our work.   We provide comprehensive valuation services including the various capital components of a business enterprise and the business' underlying assets, both tangible and intangible. 

FV - Fair Value measurement has been increasingly important for financial reporting.   We provide a quality resource equivalent to the Big Four public accounting firms' valuation groups.   We have been on the Audit side of reviewing of Big Four accounting firm and help clients navigate through Audit reviews of Fair Value Measurement.   

FMV - Fair Market Value valuations primarily for tax and related consulting in accordance with the regulations and guidance established by the Internal Revenue Service, other taxing authorities, and legal precedence.
