Jobs: ebusiness Team o Rate: $13-17/HR o Shift: Regular Business Hours, M-F Job description: To provide support to customers experiencing difficulties within the marketing department. Must be professional, customer service oriented, MS office proficient, and Degree required. Helpdesk o Rate: $25-30/HR o Shift: M-F, 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 11am-8pm Job description: Provide 1st and 2nd level IT Help Desk support, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving PC problems. MS Office 2010, Windows 7 Footprints, Remedy, and customer service experience required. Desktop Support Job description: Maintain the hardware and software environment. Provide solutions to software, hardware or configuration problems that arise in the desktop environment. Must have customer service skills, demonstrate knowledge of PC hardware. iPad Support Analyst o Shift: Regular Business Hours Job description: Responsible for providing help desk support. Working with end users until issues are resolved. Experience with iPad and/or other iOS based devices. Degree required.
