Our History In 1974, Tim Gallagher founded Tim Gallagher & Associates, focusing on the needs of the used car dealer market in central Florida. He started by selling custom key fobs and embroidered shirts out of his vehicle. Tim continued to add products that his customers needed and built a solid business with a good reputation. In 1995, Tim sold the company to his son-in-law and daughter, Ken and Kelly Smart (they remain the primary owners today). The name was changed to Gallagher Promotional Products and the company began expanding beyond the Florida market. With aggressive marketing that included one of the industry’s first transactional web sites and color catalogs, GPP quickly became a national company. Over the years, significant technology and personnel Investments were made that allowed GPP to become a leader in product offering and customer service. Today, GPP has customers in all 50 states and many foreign countries; providing promotional materials and advertising specialties to businesses that include automotive dealers, schools, churches, real estate agencies, associations, marketing agencies and retail stores.
