GBC International Bank was organized in 1974 as First Women's Bank of Los Angeles. It was later renamed Guaranty Bank of California. The Bank was purchased by its current investors in 1992 and the current management team has been in place for more than 15 years. As of August 1, 2007, we adopted a new name, GBC International Bank. Our new name reflects our long standing capability to handle international trade financing in addition to our commercial real estate financing and personal banking services. We have been a delegated lender of the Export Import Bank of the U.S since 1999, and we become PLP lender of SBA Export Working Capital Program (EWCP) in 2010. We have total of 8 branches: four branches in the Los Angeles area, one in San Francisco, one in San Jose, and two in Greater Seattle Area. We also have one loan production office located in Bellevue, WA.  Our multi-lingual staff can assist you in English, Spanish, Indonesian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Burmese, Korean, and Russian.
