Gala Amoroso (the founder) has helped companies understand the needs of their consumers and customers for over 20 years. Working at consumer packaged goods companies such as Kraft Foods, McCormick, DelMonte Foods and Clorox, Gala was trained in the classical methods of market research. She has led hundreds of projects to support new product development, advertising, brand loyalty and shopper marketing on categories such as pet nutrition, seafood, canned goods, spices, cleaning products, lunch snacks and soup.

QUALITATIVE RESEARCH
GDA Insights offers a wide range of qualitative research services to guide business initiatives such as new product development, loyalty programs, in-store customer experience, advertising development, competitive intelligence, etc.  We handle all aspects of a qualitative project – identifying the facility, developing the screener, managing the recruit, developing the discussion guide, moderating, and producing the final report.  At GDA Insights, we do it all, and pride ourselves on the depth of our toolbox – both online and in-person focus groups, mini groups, triads, dyads, IDIs, in-home interviews, shop-alongs, affinity groups, bulletin boards, etc.
