Asset digitization Opportunity to engage clients with missing or outdated drawings by offering comprehensive 3D laser scanning, as-built modeling, and reverse engineering to create accurate digital twins for upgrades, retrofits, and downstream engineering workflows.

Digital twin value Position digital twins as a core function for robotics planning, virtual training, and simulation-based validation to reduce field risk, accelerate commissioning, and improve operational decision-making across asset-intensive industries.

Scope expansion Cross-sell from asset capture to data workflows and lightweight software solutions that enable ongoing use of trusted digital data across engineering, operations, and training teams, increasing stickiness and long-term contracts.

Risk reduction Target owners, operators, EPCs, and government entities with a message around reducing risk and improving accuracy when legacy equipment lacks CAD or documentation, highlighting faster upgrades and compliance-friendly documentation.

Market fit Leverage the small team size and specialized capabilities to propose scalable, location-spanning programs that can standardize as-builts and digital data across multiple sites, aligning with clients pursuing consistency and efficiency in expansion programs.
