Our founders trained and coached members of Jack Welch's GE leadership team, and implemented Six Sigma in HR and IT at GE. GELRAD was formed in the year 2000, bringing together highly-skilled, certified Master Black Belts, Black Belts, Lean Experts and Change Management Professionals with practical Lean Six Sigma implementation experience.
