Disease Prevention...that is what GeneID, Advanced Molecular Diagnostics has been focused on since 2012!  GeneID is a CLIA and CAP Accredited, Molecular Testing Laboratory specializing in Next Generation Gene DNA Sequencing.  Our testing searches for DNA mutations known to contribute to the development of certain Solid Tumor Cancers which make up approximately 800,000 new cases per year.(Breast, Ovarian, Colon, Prostate, Pancreas, Stomach, Uterine, and Skin Cancers) so that a Preventative plan can be put in place to reduce cancer risk.

Additionally, GeneID specializes in Carrier Testing, which can help prospective  parents reduce the risk of having a child born with a devastating hereditary disease associated with a shortened life span and poor quality of life such as Cystic Fibrosis, Sickle Cell Anemia, Spinal Muscular Atrophy, and about 60 other childhood diseases.   GeneID's Scientific team is led by an OB/GYN, Geneticist who spent 7 years working on the Human Genome Project,. specifically on the BRCA 1 and 2 genes.  
GeneID has been recognized by the College of American Pathology as "Model for other Molecular Laboratories" due to the unique testing and quality measures incorporated into our testing process, resulting in the highest level of test accuracy.
