Over the years, I’ve built, managed, and sold numerous businesses. Along the way, I managed, and have been managed by 4 different generations. I know first hand the challenges of leading as the generations shift. 

In short, I’ve been in your shoes. 

During my years as a generations researcher, I’ve come to realize that working with 4 or 5 generations takes both emotional intelligence and generational understanding – a winning set of skills I call Generational Intelligence.
