Georgetown Suites is an all-suite hospitality property in Washington, DC, situated in the historic Georgetown neighborhood. The two adjacent buildings share similar amenities and decor, with guests sometimes preferring one building over the other or rotating between them. The 30th Street building houses studios and one- and two-bedroom suites, two-level town homes, and premium options including executive and luxury suites as well as a penthouse. The Harbour building across the street offers studio and one-bedroom suites, a two-bedroom penthouse, and two conference rooms; together the properties accommodate corporate events and meetings up to 100 people, depending on setup, with Harbour providing 1,800 square feet of meeting space. Smaller events can be held in the Washington Boardroom located in the 30th Street building. In 2021, Varsity Investment Group acquired Georgetown Suites and converted the former hotel into a luxury apartment complex.
