Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, GeoTechnologies works to offer the finest service through an integrated team effort beginning with our principals being actively involved with the client and their projects. Service specialty areas include geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, drilling services, Phase I environmental evaluations, foundation design, special inspections, steel inspections, dam evaluations, and retaining wall design. Our team of field technicians average over 10 years’ experience on the job. All technicians are encouraged to obtain high levels of certification in the areas of soil, concrete, asphalt, and masonry testing and inspections. They are equipped to perform necessary field tests and are highly capable of resolving problems which may arise during the actual construction sequence as well as providing information regarding potential problems which may arise before and after construction is complete.  GeoTechnologies operates a full-service in-house laboratory for materials testing. Having our own in-house laboratory enables us to maintain control over the testing process, ensuring all tests are performed in accordance with the appropriate ASTM or AASHTO standards.
