Regional Growth GHD is expanding leadership in Asia-Pacific with Lucy Hovanec appointed as Business Advisory Leader, signaling a push into higher service offerings and strategic advisory across a growing, multi-market region.

Sustainability Drive Recent high-profile GHG mitigation work for the City of Toronto and ongoing sustainability initiatives indicate strong demand for environmental consulting, decarbonization planning, and climate strategy services in municipal and urban infrastructure projects.

Water and Infrastructure Awards and collaborations around water infrastructure projects (e.g., Australian Water Awards, complex infrastructure initiatives) point to opportunities in water treatment, resilience, and large-scale aquatic systems modernization.

Technology Enablement GHD’s tech stack including ArcGIS, data tooling (DBT), automation (Zapier), cloud copilots, and security analytics (Microsoft Sentinel) suggests cross-selling analytics, GIS-enabled design optimization, and digital twins for clients in water, energy, and transportation.

Mid‑Market Focus With 5001-10000 employees yet revenue in the 1M–10M range, GHD sits between mid-market and global players, presenting attractive cross-sell opportunities to existing mid-sized clients and variable project scopes across water, environment, and transportation sectors.
