Gippsland Water is a regional utilities provider based in Traralgon, in the Gippsland region of Victoria, Australia. It delivers water and sewerage services to about 165,000 residents across a service area that stretches from Drouin in the west to Loch Sport in the east, and from Mirboo North in the south to Rawson and Briagolong in the north, covering more than 5,000 square kilometres. The organization employs staff across operations, engineering, finance, environmental and administrative functions, making it a significant local employer. Its customer base includes fast-growing towns, the Latrobe Valley’s transitioning economy and some of Victoria’s largest industrial water users. 

The company is governed by a Board of Directors appointed by the Minister for Water. In 2026, Gippsland Water formed a partnership with Latrobe City Council to install fountains that provide free drinking water in public spaces, reflecting collaboration with the community to improve public access to water.
