He also works as a Selling Agent for primarily distressed and undervalued property owners who are looking for options to resolve difficult property situations.  These include Short Sales, Foreclosure and Negative Equity property disposition transactions.

The company raises private debt and equity position capital by partnering with private passive and active investors, who understand the cash flow and appreciation income potential of real estate investment grade properties.   Investment opportunities include dual partnership in single family residential projects as well as multi-partnerships with multi-family commercial rental properties (5 or more rental units).
