We are an energy efficiency business.

We infuse "green" design into interior and exterior updates which can increase property value for our customers.  We engineer the following energy-saving improvements for property owners;
- high efficiency lighting,
- KVAR energy controllers,
- solar powered attic and ceiling fans,
- wind turbines,
- photovoltaic arrays and
- solar hot water.

Our updates focus on maximizing energy efficiency of facilities and adding passive energy generation to the infrastructure. Our services include analyzing power factors and consumption, recommending energy-saving improvements, calculating energy savings, calculating payback time, supplying, installing and servicing equipment, as contracted with the property owner.  Our improvements qualify for the Renewable Energy Tax Credit, a 30% federal tax deduction.
