Golden Valley Engineering is a total team effort, all twenty two members working together to create a final product that meets and exceeds the expectations of their clients. Owners, Duane Andrews, and Jim Xu have worked in the greater Merced area for a number of years. On May 1, 1998 the team was formed and Golden Valley Engineering and Surveying, Inc. was created. Our team consists of experts in the fields of land surveying, computer assisted design, field surveying and civil/structural engineering.
