Turnaround time for standard services (such as tax filings, bookkeeping, or financial reports) is generally within 7–14 business days unless otherwise specified.

    Communication: All deliverables are sent electronically unless an alternative method is requested. We maintain open communication throughout the process to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

    Refunds/Cancellations: Due to the nature of professional services, refunds are generally not issued once work has begun. However, if a service is canceled before work commences, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
