Service Delivery: Upon engagement and receipt of required information from the client, our services are typically fulfilled within the agreed-upon timeline, based on the scope of work. Turnaround time for standard services (such as tax filings, bookkeeping, or financial reports) is generally within 7ā14 business days unless otherwise specified.
Communication: All deliverables are sent electronically unless an alternative method is requested. We maintain open communication throughout the process to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
Refunds/Cancellations: Due to the nature of professional services, refunds are generally not issued once work has begun. However, if a service is canceled before work commences, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
