Initially founded in 1972 as Neal Martin & Associates in San Carlos (the "City of Good Living"), the company was re-established in 2019 as Good City Company (Good City). The company is a California corporation owned and operated by Lisa Costa Sanders and Aaron Aknin, AICP.
